Florida's congressional districts : ウィキペディア英語版 | Florida's congressional districts
Florida is divided into 27 congressional districts, each represented by a member of the United States House of Representatives. After the 2010 Census, the number of Florida's seats was increased from 25 to 27 due to the State's increase in population, and subsequent reapportionment. The districts are currently represented in the 113th United States Congress by 10 Democrats and 17 Republicans. Florida's 19th congressional district underwent a special election in 2014 to fill the vacancy left by Republican Trey Radel, who resigned after being convicted of charges related to drug possession.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://nbcpolitics.nbcnews.com/_news/2014/01/27/22466689-florida-rep-radel-to-resign-after-coke-conviction?lite )〕 On July 9, 2014, The Florida Supreme Court ruled that state Republicans had illegally drawn the state's congressional districts. Judge Terry P. Lewis of Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit ordered that the 5th and 10th districts be redrawn. ==Current districts and representatives==
